First multi live tourny

Played in my first live limit tourny on Tuesday up at the Kewadin casino in St Ignace MI.

They have a small poker room so the tourny is capped at 50, top 3 pay.

I made a big mistake that probably costed me one of the top three positions and my cards dried up and I busted out 5th.

Here is the mistake, I was on my first table and the players sucked, raising and betting with bottom pair, rags, anything. Well I got moved to another table and I guess I figured it would be more of the same.

A few hands later I look down and see AQ in the big blind, I think to myself, raise, well the SB raises and I stupidly reraise one other caller and the SB reraises and I call a few more raises and stubbornly, finally fold at the turn. Lost half my stack on this stupid play and could not recover. Oh yeah SB had AA.

Here is a fun hand from my first table, I look down and see JJ, so I raise, I get 4 callers.

I check next guys bets and it is called all the way around, I call.
next card rag, I check next guy bets, call, call, fold, I raise, call, fold, call. river is a Q I raise and first guy calls, everyone else folds. It was pretty exciting, probably wont see that in my live play again for yrs.

I highly recommend live play, lotsa fun and lotsa fish.
