Default Donk bet on turn after Ace falls

Villain here was 52/10/1.6 after 73 hands. No other reads, he had not done anything that stood out to me and seemed to be pretty straightforward.

My feeling was he either had Ax and had bet on the flop as it was checked to him, or worse had A5 or A7 and had made two pair. Should I have gone to the river here?

I don't think calling down is an option here. With the EP player drawing (and also likely having live outs against you), I think this is a raise or fold situation, obviously dumping to a 3-bet (because you're drawing to 0-2 outs).

So, I say raise and make that the last money you put into the pot UI.

(Note: This is probably spewing.)

Fold pre-flop and you won't have to make these decisions.

Folding pre-flop is passing up EV.

CO may be donking the turn with QT, JT, T9, KT thinking you were raising with a flush draw. I think this is a spot to raise folding to a 3-bet.

Raise, fold to 3 bet. Check behind on the river UI, fold if bet into.

I think this is read dependent on whether to raise or fold. The only reads you have are a lower post-flop agg factor and that he "seems to be pretty straight-forward." With that read and a player to come who called two cold on the flop, I initially think folding is the best play.

I'd raise. Lately I've seen alot of players who have been donk betting into me when the ace lands on the turn. He probably doesn't have it and was betting into you hoping your fold. Raise... Fold to 3-bet.

...and I'd fold on the turn. 6BB? It's not worth it.
