its not an easy game but if you can master it there is good money in it. In my hometown of Littlerock AK, I placed first in the county tounament.
It depends on how many squares are used, and the length of the stilts in your division. Generally, a good tounrament will have about 7.4 inch squares, which are most easily maneuvered on an 18" stilt. If they have the grapple rings overhead, you can use a longer stilt to gain momentum. Otherwise you will have to really train your lower leg strenght to move the stilts quickly. But DONT PULL A HAMMY. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
