Playing more tables
I just tried to open an Empire poker account (I already have a party one). They told me I couldnt because I already have a party one. They mentioned that they used to let people have both but now they no longer do. They said the people that had both before they changed the rule were allowed to keep both of their Empire and Party accounts. Is this correct?
Ok, so the entire reason I wanted a Empire account as well is so I could play more than 4 tables. I could play 8 tables of holdem just fine and would like to do so. Is there any way to do this on my one computer and get around this problem? Thanks for all the responses. Mike Emery |

Re: Playing more tables
Sign up on a different computer then you can play both on your computer.

Re: Playing more tables
And use a different email address as the Party one, you should be able to change it later to the same one.

Re: Playing more tables
That's odd. I have a Party and Empire account and I signed up at Pokernow about 2 weeks ago. I talked to customer support over the phone. They asked me if I had other accounts, I said yes. I was still able to set up my account with no problem.

Re: Playing more tables
All you have to do is use any other computer where Party is not already installed. Simply register your Empire account (you can use exactly the same details, doesn't matter) and then go back to the pc you normally use, install Empire, and sign in. It's that easy. If you don't have another computer to use, you're gonna have to uninstall Party first and use Regedit to make sure there are no references to it left in the registry, before installing Empire and creating a new account. You can install Party again afterwards.

That's odd. [/ QUOTE ] No it isn't. This is what they ALWAYS say. If you can clean up your computer sufficiently (see the thread by Wyles or whatever his name is on this) or can set up the new account on a different computer then you will be fine. |
