Default Another AK UI hand

Villain is 73/15 preflop, but an aggression of .93 postflop, after only 100 hands. He has a W$SD of 50%. He isn't insane postflop.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Flop: (7 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Turn: (5.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

Picked up a flush draw...

River: (7.50 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 8.50 BB

Should I call the river on this non-threatening board?

this is like my worst nightmare. its probably close without a read tho. (i probably call) i think a read is very important here. if hes good post flop, then fold. if he sucks and hes the type of player that thinks hey he missed this, so ill raise then call. if hes smart enough to check his Ax here on the river for a free showdown, then fold.

I find myself posting this a lot but .93 isnt really that passive for a guy with 73 VPIP. My default river line is to look him up and lose to 33.

I would c/r the turn and call a 3-bet due to the possible flush outs. I find it unlikely that you will be 3-bet and you may force a fold or a free showdown. If he 3 bets you, folding the river UI is easy.

I know .93 isn't passive for a VP$IP of 73%. I said he isn't insane.

My point is that he's fairly aggressive and when he raises you on the raggy board he doesnt always have it.

I'd call the river. That's a pretty non-descript broad. I think your good here 1 in 8.5 times. He could easily have a worse A here or even KQ/KJ.

If a diamond doesn't fall on the turn are we still going to showdown?

Did perfect until the river fold. Worse hands are betting this often.
