I wouldn't. I think the chips you lose here are worth a lot more than the chips you gain.

It completely depends on whether the raisor got short stacked 10 hands ago and was tight; OR if he got stack on the last hand. the closer it is to the latter scenerio, the faster i push..

both pushing and folding are reasonable. You have to put the short stack on a wide range of hands here.
