Wrong line? This is where I loose my money

I play 25$nl, and I go plus, but not alot, this is two hands that happened in a row (ok, one hand in between)
and this is what costs me alot of money.

I think that I would need a specific read that he was over-aggro to make the call. Granted, if he had K3 he's now counterfeited, but I think that KT or 33 are much more likely hands for villain.

I may have just identified a leak...

Hand 1- am I the only person just calling the flop minraise, then going into call mode and bet 1/2 pot if checked to? I've been stacked so many times by a set in this position that I don't build big pots to get my money in with two pair anymore.

Hand 2- I probably call that smallish turn bet, but I'm check/folding the river almost all the time. Folding on the turn isn't bad either because he check/raised and lead out = very strong hand in weak players
