I can tolerate verbal insults all day long, but the finger waving in the face thing is over the top. Grab the wrist, yank him towards you over the table, and plant a huge kiss on him. After releasing him, look to the others at the table with a "Thank you gentlemen.", tip your hat to the dealer, and walk away.

I have to ask, what casino allows this type of behavior?

Very well, how would you suggest a heterosexual man respond in the same situation?

I think saying "Er, get a life" followed by wishing the rest of the players good luck is a respectable play.

"Wow, do you always act like a douchebag or only when you're playing poker?"

I'm OK with that though, so I would slap his hand out of the way. I don't allow strangers to wave their hands in my face in a taunting manner, unless there are other considerations (i.e. I am fearful of the consequences of reacting due to the nature of the situation).

So you pick fights based on whether or not you think you can get away with it?

No, he picks them based on whether or not it's +EV, i.e., he beats up only those who he can roll and take their money.

Too many of them; probably more than half.

I think that after you tell him to go [censored] himself then you should kick him in the nuts

Assuming you have some gas, you can "brew" up a good "out". Once you feel the gas filling your stomach, and the flatulence is ready.. grab your chips (assuming your enemy didn't take them all), walk towards the cage, but take the route that involves walking by him. Pause and wish the table good luck right when your back is to the victim. As you are saying good luck, push with all of your might and unload your weapon of mass destruction. If he accuses you of anything, deny everything. Act like you have absolutely no idea what he is talking about. Remind the table that "he who smelt it dealt it". You can even pretend that you are NOW starting to smell it and you are just as offended by the smell as him. If he physically attacks you, the "eye in the sky" will see you saying farewell to the table, then all of a sudden this mad man attacking you while your back is turned to him. This is a complete freeroll. Always eat a high fiber meal before you go to B+M card rooms so you can execute this tactic.

Exactly why I fill up on cabage and hard-boiled eggs before playing cash games.

Now that I think about it, I think I've played with this guy. I was at Casino Windsor, a guy goes all in to isolate, I go all in, and the BB, who barely has me covered, calls. First guy has pocket 77s, I have pocket AAs and the BB (idiot) has pocket 33s. After spiking the three on the river and winning a large pot, he stood up, shat himself, removed his dirty t-shirt, jumped up on the table, curled into the fetal position, began smearing the feces about his chest while yelling, "mister, will you help my pony?"
