I got pretty drunk last night and have no hangover. In fact I feel pretty damn good that I didn't do anything insanely stupid last night. I'm waiting for someplace to open to I can order a pizza. Then life will be really good.

I have a beautiful wife. I have an awesome new car. I have an amazing new house. I have 2 very cool dogs. And I get to do something I absolutely love for a living.

Life is good.

I prefer people who post about their lives being in a shambles. That's much more interesting.

Hence, the mass media motto, "If it bleeds, it leads."

After 45+ years my wife is still, to me, gorgeous. My car's not impressive ('01 Saturn) but it's in extremely good shape and reliable. I've got 2 great puppies - one's housebroke (the other's drivin' me closer and closer to the edge). After bustin' out and going from having a lot of "stuff" to just the essentials and being forced into retirement, I've learned what's really, honest-to-God important in life, to me anyway. And I'm pretty much a blessed, happy little camper.

May you continue to be fortunate and happy!

Going to my first college football game today, Badgers homecoming. I had a great time last night with great friends, and I'll be doing so again today. I have a beautiful girlfriend who loves me. I'm good at beerpong. Life is good.

And that's good?!?!? Oh, you mean you haven't been exposed to or gotten any STD? Probably. Maybe. Hopefully.
