Default 50/100 I flop a straight in the big blind: how to win the max?

Once again, I flop a monster and think I let my opponent get away too easy. Villian is 21/14/2 and is losing -7BB/100 at the 50/100 over 2300 hands. FWIW I think he's running bad, no obvious flaws in his play. Can you win another bet here somewhere?

What's the problem with this? Your best chance to get action (on that board) is to play fast on the flop so he thinks you have a draw and not a made hand. I think you did fine.

This preflop call is pretty terrible IMO. Postflop is standard.

Terrible as in clear/easily-avoided mistake rather than as in large mistake. Would you agree with that?

is 68s really the type of hand you want to play heads up OOP to a 21/14/2 UTG raise? I really can't see the value here at all.

I think it's a fold, but I don't think it's a lay-up. Your hot and cold equity justifies a call vs his range I would think (just run 10% and 11% of hands) vs 86s. By no means am I sure, this stuff is difficult.

Are you [censored] kidding me?

What does he have, 2 cards that are higher than yours.

Do your poker math, how often does 68s win against AJo for example.

Now with this in mind, when you hit it, he'll almost always pay you off, wheras when you miss, you don't pay him shieeet.

Why would you not play this.

If your opponent's hand range was just big aces, sure you'd have a call here (though I think it would probably still be marginal). The real problem is when he has a pair 88 or better. Which is a lot of the time.
