Default crappy sportsbook.com service

I've been with them and their affiliates for seven years.

I placed a Games of the Year parlay on Texas Tech -7 vs Texas A&M and Oklahoma -15.5 vs Oklahoma State.

Texas Tech hit, and then I waited for the OU/OSU game. It hit too, but they only paid me for the Tech game as a straight wager. They had OU/OSU listed as Nov. 5. Since the date wasn't right, it's a no action. That's bad enough, as OU/OSU has been scheduled for 11/26 since summer and I made the bet in October. But if they were going to do that, they should have credited my account after the Tech game, so I could use the $$. Right?

Multiple attempts at resolution have been met by canned quotes from their rules. I understand the rule.

The game was not postponed or rescheduled which is what the rule is aimed at. Their staff just effed up. Also, if they are going to do that, don't hold my $$ interest-free for 3 weeks. Argh.

Unfortunately, their poor customer service is old news. Its a wonder anyone uses them as lines are better 99.99% of the time on other sites.

You might want to ask for help at a forum where sportsbook.com advertises, like www.eog.com. Often times people who run forums will mediate these disputes, and the books don't want to look bad where they advertise.

Sportsbook review would be a good one as well. I don't like your chances here to be honest though.

also, sb.com is the worst "big" site by far, it's not even close. This is a mild stunt by their standards. I don't base these comments on my bad experience with them (I would never open an account with these scum). I base it on the dozens of problems I've read about, many outright theft.
