AQs on button facing possible steal from big stack

Blinds 50/100, I have about 2500 left. Folded to CO, who is the largest stack at the table, top 5 overall at the time with about 6000. Last two orbits he had stolen the blinds, and this looked like a steal again (to me anyways).

CO raises to 350, Hero ?

What is my move here with AQs? Do I flat call and see a flop, or should I reraise here?

Sorry if this is a noob ?, but I am kind of a noob at MTTs.

Edit: Just checked HH, I had 3150 and CO had 5520.
