I watched a rerun of huck seed taking down the WSOP. I logged on to yahoo games and played in their texas holdem game. Then my friend TJ suggested pokerroom.com where you can play for real money. I was hooked.

I got injured pretty badly two winters ago, and while convalescing, i had no hobby that i could do while hurt, and i just felt like playing some cards- my weekly home game wasn't doing it for me. So, i signed up at paradise, got killed, mostly, and after buying some books, i found this place, and it was off to the races...

Was drunk one night( and ended the night alone) and meant to type in PornStars but typed PokerStars instead. The rest is history. I've since quit drinking.I think I may start again though. [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

While watching the umpteenth rerun of WSOP I saw Full Tilt on Chris Ferguson's Jacket. So I d/l'd the software and started playing play money. I killed there and thought "this is easy." Added some money and got killed. Rinse and repeat several times. I finally got a tip from Howard Lederer to get ToP. That led me here.

I always liked the forms of gambling where you could win if you could outthink the other players. Cards, sports handicapping, the track, that kind of stuff.
Played in home/bar games for years and then was a Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun regular after they opened. Saw an ad in Card Player for Planet Poker a couple of months after they started and figured why not?

Big gamer, and I've always loved poker. I fell in love with online poker when I found out you could play tournaments (SNG's) anytime of the day and for micro stakes.
