Do ppl really fold AK here at 30-60? I just don't see that happening.

why is it so crazy thinking I will fold out AK here? Everyone keeps saying this.

I don't think it's crazy, it's just almost exclusively a function of what your table image is and how tight your opponent is. I think that two things must happen for him to fold here. First, he must be much tighter than most players and second he must percieve your play as tight and somewhat passive. If these conditions are not met then I would rate your chance at folding out AK to be very poor indeed.
