Default 5/10 video - watch me suck

here's a 35min video of a recent 5/10 session.

5/10 Video

file is just over 30mb.
PAHUD stats are:
(across the top) VP$IP/PFR/agg/hands
left hand side: fold to steal bb/sb
right hand side: atsb/fold to continuation bet

don't feel like there's any massively interesting hands in here, but would appreciate any comments and discussion.
in my last 7k hands I'm down about 150bb and actually starting to feel 'lost'... a lot of that is down to just running bad I think, but also starting to doubt fundamentals as it feels like weeks since I've had a winning session

on a positive note - recording a video was a lot easier than I thought and has come out with better quality/lower filesize than I expected too!

thanks for any comments!
(if you feel this is too LC just ignore and it will soon disappear!)

I think videos are a great way to get better, because you get to see the errors you don't realise because they are in hands that you wouldn't really post.

I think I am going to do one.

agree 100% - I am hoping there are some glaringly obvious flaws in my play that people are going to point out

sure, like I say it was really easy - downloaded camstudio and xvid from the links on pokeravi.com (help - tutorial).
In camstudio, I set it to encode using xvid and set quality to 75 and slided the bottom bar to roughly the middle. Then set the region to the size I wanted to record and pressed 'record'. thats it!

xvid I would guess, although when I try to play it with media player it comes up saying codec not found and then plays anyway. plays fine straight off in vlc media player

I only watched about 2 minutes of your play. I don't remember the time but it was the right table and UTG limped in and you fold JTs in CO. I would definatly raise here.

I only watched about half the video and only have a couple notes written down. I dont remember the hands in detail so I will just write what the notes say.

-Fold 89s on flop HU
-Take free card with 56o HU
-Limp TJs (a raise would be okay also, maybe even better)
-Call A5o in BB to CO raise, need to defend them blinds but dont get too carried away
-Why check the river with ATo HU? Where you trying to induce a bluff? I think hes calling anyway here with 33, better to bet
-Raise A7s - limper before you had 57% VPIP, raise to isolate with your strong holding
-Raise flop with KQ - just calling here is bad imo
-Raise A9s hand on flop (BDSD, BDFD, two overs) and maybe take the free card depending on how your opponents react. If you just call the flop raise that turn as a semi-bluff and represent an 8
-Cap KQs, did you notice those two were arguing? Cap this thing and lead the flop, dont bet the river, hes not folding any pair and maybe not even AK
-A2o on button, do not auto-fold this, if it was folded around to you, its a raise against the two tight blinds
-raise A7s flop, the pot is too small to wait until the turn to raise, raise for value.

I will have some more notes out later once I finish the video.
