Default Quick question about converter

I am a newbie to this stuff so this may be a dumb question.

When I post the hand history for pokerstars the converter doesn't show the hands dealt or anything. I can see the pot amount but nothing else.

Any suggestions?

thanks

I've had some PokerStars hand histories that the converter didn't like because there weren't any linebreaks in the list of players/stacksizes at the beginning of the hand. I just added linebreaks between the names and everything worked after that.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Maybe I should just explain what I did instead.

The list of players/stacks in the email I got from PokerStars looked something like this:

Player 1 (1080) Player 2 (1100) Player 3 (1900) Player 4 (540)

I copied and pasted this into the box on the left side of the converter. Then I edited it (directly on the converter webpage) so it looked like this:

Player 1 (1080)
Player 2 (1100)
Player 3 (1900)
Player 4 (540)

No HTML involved.
