Default PT Stats

I have a question about the standard listing of PT stats. It goes VPIP/PFR/AF. Is the total aggression factor used with or without pre-flop stats included. I have PT set to not include pre-flop stats, as I use PFR to determine how they play pre-flop. If the standard is to include it, then I shall have to change mine because I don't want people getting the wrong idea about players' aggression when I post hands.
