Default Prima Multitabling Question

Is it just me, or is it almost impossible to multi-table on prima. I have never had any problem at all 3 tabling on bodog or 4 on eurobet actually thought of adding tables. I figured I would try Battlefield with the high rakeback so I started 3 tabling and it was bad. No matter what you are doing on one table, if your turn comes up at another it moves you there. Not only that but is there any way to type in your bet amounts, I hate using that damn slider, and the amounts they let you choose from on the drop down are just dumb post flop. Any tips, I can't believe it but I am probably just gonna withdraw and forget about it. Please let me know if I am missing something...

The mini view is a great idea, except when trying to use GT+, but it would make the tables easier to see. I do not have one of the best monitors so there is definite overlap.

Someone else in the SSNL forum mentioned that you need to hit enter after typing in the amount, so i will try that.
Thank you.

I have also been having problems typing in bet amounts lately.

I played there for over a year and never had a problem... I know you're supposed to enter the number and hit enter.

It just hasn't been working for me lately.

Anyone know why?

Ryan

One of Primas recent software upgrades caused this problem by accident. Contact support.

I contacted support.

Surely as someone who plays there a lot you realize that they weren't helpful whatsoever Their support team is not the greatest, to put it mildly. They told me to redownload the program and erase my temporary internet files and cookies, which I did. That of course did nothing. I e-mailed them back and they said they would escalate the inquiry to someone higher up. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard from them.

HavanaBanana maybe you can help out?

Ryan

Yeah, I just downloaded it today, so I don't see how that would fix it.
I think I am done with them.

We've just tested typing in the bet amount into the slider and it works. Once you hit enter the amount changes on the bet button. Are you experiencing this with us or another network room?

Are you referring to bringing the active table to the front? Please let us know if we're understanding you correctly here.

Yes, I am talking about bringing the active table to the front. I think that is a great thing, but say I am at table #1 and it my turn pops up, and my decision takes a little thought... in the meantime, my turn now comes up at table #2. It will automatically switch me, although I have not yet made my choice at table 1 yet.
At other sites, it would just wait until you have finished making your move at #1 and then move you to #2.
