If I recall in SSHE, the reasoning is that even though they may now have odds to call postflop, they make a bigger and in the end, over a decent sample of hands, more costlier mistake preflop limping then having to call that extra bet. Thats 4BB worth of extra dead money in the pot; your share of the pot is now huge.

you're not worried about giving them 16+:1 on the flop? Those trash calls they're so used to making don't look so bad when you're getting that kind of price.

I think the key phrase is "calls they're so used to making". If someone is going to make a call no matter what - then the size of the pot will not help you win or lose, although if you are a favorite to win you want it bigger. If someone is committed to chasing an inside straight no matter what, don't worry about if they get correct pot odds, just get money in the pot. Perhaps at higher stakes you will get a lot of players that will worry about pot odds, but if you have 8 limpers, its probably not a huge concern.

Raise, every time with AA, any position, no matter the action (applies only to limit play, in no limit deception is much more important because if you can pull it off you can win the entire guys stack).

Reason is simply.

AA against 9 random hands will win 30% of the time.

10 people putting money into the pot, your share is 10%, your chance of winning 30%, big +EV.

Odds are it won't be the full 10 people, so your % is much much higher. Plus it will get ALOT of money into the pot as almost nobody will fold to your raise (all limpers will pretty much call in low stakes).
