Default bad beat or misplayed...sorry im still kinda new

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (3 handed) converter

Button (t5915)
Hero (t2875)
BB (t4710)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (t400) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets t400</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to t800</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t2675</font>, BB calls t1875.



was this just a "bad beat" as they say or did i do something wrong here. the only thing i was fearing him having was sixes in the hole. or he somehow had the other 3 with higher kicker. my thinking was right here ?

i pretty much never complete from the sb like that, but after you see that flop you cant get away from it. holla

3-handed you probably could have raised pre-flop to see what he had. but after that flop, heads-up no way can you get away.

yeah he flipped over 22 and i ws like YEAH! then the turn comes a 2 to give him the house. ill chalk it up as a bad beat. thanks.

3 handed suited with a face card is decent enough to look at a flop

after that, the hand plays itself.

I think it's okay to complete from the SB when the stacks are deep.
