Default Omaha/8 books

I just started playing Omaha/8. So far I only read Ray Zee.
Does anyone know some other good books about it. Can you give me like a top 5 or something.
Thanks

Truthfully, I don't think there are 5 good Omaha/8 books.

You might want to pick up Super System II. The Omaha/8 section is good. Then read Zee again.

Tenner's book isn't bad, just a lot of fluff.

Have but haven't read Capelleti's.

Of the stuff I have read, I'd say:

1. Zee's book
2. SSII Chapter (Baldwin/Gregorich)
3. Omaha Holdem Poker chapter (Ciaffone)
4. Tenner's book
5. Play Poker Like the Pros chapter (Hellmuth)
6. Championship Omaha chapter (Cloutier/McEvoy)

Honestly, the O8 chapter in PH's book is about the only thing in there worth reading.

The O8 section of Hellmuth's book is worth reading, although hardly complete. Some good information can be found in Bill Boston's "Omaha High-Low: Play to Win With the Odds". It's worthwhile as a supplementary reference.

The best O8 books are, in order:
1. Zee
2. Cappelletti
3. Tenner/Kreiger
4. SS2

Bill Boston's book is a good supplement.

Hellmuth, Warren and Cloutier won't hurt your game but aren't worth the time.

Hey guys, is the Omaha/8 section of Zee's book focused on limit or pot-limit?

Limit. I don't know of any mention of pot-limit Omaha8 anywhere before about 1999 or 2000ish. I also know of no book that has anything substantive to say about the game.

Zee's book is aimed at limit.

I've always found it overrated, but I think that's because I knew most of the introductory material by the time I acquired it, and I'm not yet even close to needing the higher-limit material.

I agree that Hellmuth's O8 chapter is MUCH better than most of the rest of the book.

I also learned a lot from http://www.lowlimitomaha.com and Steve Badger's site ( http://www.playwinningpoker.com/ ). They may repeat stuff already learned from Zee, but hey, it's free.
