I'd raise and call a 3-bet.

I'd raise him, but I don't think I'll be capping.

looks like the confused donkey bluff for one bet on the river into an aggressor. definitely raise, call a 3 bet and puke if he had 32 looking for the gutshot

Call. UTG is saying he can beat Top Pair aces, but I'd check him out in case he's bluffing.

looks like the confused donkey bluff

[/ QUOTE ]
It crossed my mind that maybe he had a weak ace and he got confused when the board paired twice thinking his ace was a good kicker to two pair. But I find it's usually better to give your opponent credit for playing well, because if you assume he will do something sub-optimal you can get burned when it turns out he is not as much of a donk as you hoped he would be.

Default Results and thoughts

With the double paired board and the flush on board I decided to play it safe and just called.

Tom had it correct and opponents A8 was no good.

is he just as maniacal post-flop? raise and call.

is he passive post-flop? just call.

I think you'd hear from a 5 or flush earlier than the river. A 3 isn't really a big concern. And pretty much any two cards are calling a raise with two pair + A on the board.
