Default Best SNL \"Character\" Nomination Thread

Post your favorite SNL "character" for eventual poll. For example, Billy Crystal's "Fernando", Dana Carvey's "Church Lady", Eddie Murphy's "Mr. Robinson", etc. Please include actor/character name.

Ferrel's "Goulet" was funny.

Mike Myers and Dana Carvey, "Wayne and Garth"

Hanz and Franz (I actually forget who it is, Dana Carvey and?)

I'm assuming this character should be a recurring one?

Not necessarily. If there was a one-shot that was so great it blows away recurring characters, by all means list it.

For example, Walken's "Bruce Dickinson" in the "Blue Oyster Cult/Gene Frenkle" skit.

Also, duos such as "Hans and Franz", "The Blues Brothers", and "The Wild and Crazy Guys" will count as a single entry.

Not necessarily. If there was a one-shot that was so great it blows away recurring characters, by all means list it.

For example, Walken's producer character (don't know name offhand) in the "Blue Oyster Cult/Gene Frenkle" skit.

If that's the case, I nominate Alec Baldwin's soap opera doctor who cannot correctly pronounciate:

"I'll be straight with you: It's canker"
"We will have to go through the anal cay-nal"
