How to go from -1 BB/100 to 1 BB/100

So on Saturday I was a bit frustrated at my constant swings at 5/10, and being down 1 BB/100 over my first 20k hands. I took the rest of the weekend off, and starting Monday, I began to play again.

I am now +1 BB/100 over my first 25k hands [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].
