Default how accurate are the site reviews on pokerlistings?

I'm checking out the pokerlistings.com site and they have some reviews on each site. They rate the level of competition on a scale of 1-10 (10 being easiest), as paradise a 2, pokerstars a 1, and party poker a 7. But they also list Bodog and Titan Poker as an 8. The hell is going on here, seems rather subjective, so I guess party doesn't have the most fish?

Remember pokerlistings is an affliate site. They make money when you sign up using one of their bonus codes, which is fine of course - but take every thing you read on that site with a HUGE grain of salt, including their reviews.

yeah that's a good point. i just don't know if i can believe titan poker has more fish than party, and pokerstars being SO HARD it gets the toughest games online. I assume they are not affiliated with stars?

Really inaccurate. It rates pokerstars and paradise as having the toughest games. Could this be because both those sites don't pay affiliates a % of the rake? I mean come on Poker Stars is the second largest site, do you really think that they have the toughest games. I know from a lot of experience that Paradise is just as soft if not more than Party. I wouldn't put much creedence into pokerlistings rankings.

They are just an affiliate trying to make a buck. I wouldn't count on them to steer you towards the softest games. Be wary of their bonus offers as well. They have exclusive deals with a lot of sites for bigger signup bonuses, but the clearance rates are horrible on most of them. Check the terms of any bonus before you signup through Pokerlistings.

Stars has tons of fish, at least at the $6 and $11 SNG level. Perhaps Stars gets more difficult FASTER than other sites as you move upwards, but I am doing just fine at stars, and can't believe the 1 or 2 difficulty ratings I have seen for them.

Also, pokerlistings is not the only place I've seen rankings like this--it appears other site also have stars as "difficult" to beat.

OK can anyone tell me if there have been any truly independent reviews or studies done on the online sites as far as fairness and randomness of hands?

Besides all the people on 2+2 with hundreds of thousands of hands in their databases, none that show any evidence for rigging?
