Where is the "I'm lactose intolerant and besides, no mammal including humans should be consuming dairy after the rearing stage anyway" option?

I can't choose between cheese and ice cream, cuz I love them both. But I could give up ice cream easier than cheese, so I guess my vote defaults to cheese.

But if I'm honester, I'd have to pick butter because it's used in so many recipes and is a huge part of cooking. Even if the idea of eating isn't fun, if it never appeared in cooking again, cooking would be way different, and not nearly as good.

<----lactose intolerant and loves cheese, unfortunately. The cool thing is that I can set off carbon monoxide detectors for 2 hours following a cheese binge. [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Ice cream is clearly the best.
Butter is second. Especially european butter. Yum. Cooking without butter would be horrible.
