Default Good way to vent?

Is it completely normal to feel like you have to vent after taking a series of bad beats/losses? I find that after a couple of big hands in a row where I lose, I'm tilt-prone, become very alert, loose, and overly-aggressive.

As soon as this happens, I usually Log out, go take an old golf club, and beat it into the ground as hard as I can a few times in my yard. Screaming also helps a little.

Is this pretty normal? Is anyone tilt-immune?

Sounds like a good way to protect your bankroll/poker future.

Logging off when tilt prone is much more effective than say, chasing x number of down buy-ins when your not playing your best (something I'm guilty of).

Yes, this is normal IMO.

Just quit for a while. I usually go hang out with friends or head to the beach for a while after I'm steaming. Or take a walk. I used to tilt more, but I find that as I see more hands and have more beats happen to me, it bothers me less and less.
