Care to explain? Are you just one of those people who prefers ribeye? Also, steak fries are often a top dish at many restaurants.

As for how it's cooked -- I believe most food critics will tell you rare or medium rare is the only way to have a steak. If it's cooked medium or stronger, the taste is gone. In fact, I never listen to anything someone says about steak or steak-related topics if they order medium-well.

Yes...onion rings go better with an oaky cab and filet...btw I rate the Wynn buffet 2/10 in line with dog chow at Palace Station...rest of the Wynn = 9/10 .
