Default Poker Superstar 2

Why does this tournament advertise being a crapshoot as a positive... rough quote:

"The great thing about our tournament is that the blinds start out high and go higher really quickly."

This is perhaps the lamest broadcast ever, when it goes to heads up with Mimi Tran vs. Doyle Brunson it's an automatic all-in every hand because of the blinds.

What's the point? There is no skill involved at all.

Was watching the final bit as I was posting, Konik just said that they were aware that it is a crapshoot and that luck is the deciding factor, WTF?!?!

Superstars 1 was really dumb, but this... I think I became stupider just watching. Hopefully fish will see it and think 56 off-suit is a regular all-in hand.

/end rant

There should be a disclaimer before each episode: Warning! Watching TV poker can be bad for your bankroll.

TV poker glorifies the "all-in" and sets up tournaments around this fact: all in = ratings

I find pokerstars 2 quite dull actually.
