how'd you do against him? I would think after play HU against him you'd know if he's for real or not? Am I missing something.

We were both playing pretty short stacks because I didn't want to risk more than $700 against him in a game I don't normally play (I'd never played above $5-10 live until last week, although I had online). And the $$$ amount was also significantly lower than he supposedly plays, so if that's true, he didn't really care about the money, just running me over. My analysis? He didn't suck but he wasn't good enough to be running his mouth like he was.

Basically I guess I'm curious because I felt like I played pretty well in a short term sense (for me, not compared to anyone else), so I'm just trying to figure out if I just got really lucky to hit cards or if I could actually hang in a $20-40 live game (assuming that if this kid can, that I could). I know it was just one late night silly game, but hey, a guy can dream....

Ok, so I suppose this means you watched me? Any particular tips then? Not that I look forward to public criticism, but I'd rather deal with it and get better as a result.

Not sure I understand the 2 years part though, unless you just think that I'm so bad that I'll never learn....If you watched me play NL though, you'd definitely think that....
