The river call is OK. If the situation were say

Hero Checks, UTG Bets, MP1 calls, Hero ??? I'd say fold. But villain was last to act on the river, on such a scary board you'll see a bluff, and UTG being a tard enough to make this call.

You played it fine. YOur probably beat, probably >90% sure, but with that pot I would just call and cuss for a few minutes after I saw villains cards.
