Default How to Win at Online Roulette

I was getting bored of playing poker and I decided to do some web surfing. I was wondering what other forms of gambling can give a consistent profit. To my suprise I found How to Win at Online Roulette on Amazon.com. I went to their site and their wasn't one negative comment about the book. They all said that they were making money. I found this to be very suprising so I looked elsewhere for reviews and everyone said they made money on there. Has anyone read this book? It sounds like this could be quite an investment if these book reviews hold true.

There is absolutely NO betting system that can beat roulette in the long run. Period. Don't buy the book.

Do you think the author gave people money to write these reviews?

Losing poker player says that online poker is rigged.
Losing stock market investor often says that stock market is purely random game.
Losing roulette player preach that the wheel cant be beaten.
But look at this logically why so many people play roulette ? The answer is : cause there are big winners, these winners know the secret which other people unsuccesfully chase. Maybe, just maybe the author of the book unveil this secret to his readers.

Roulette is not like poker where your odds of winning change every hand. It is mathematically set up so that you are given less then the proper odds on your bets.

yes if you call 3 out of 38 players "alot", then your statement is correct, in the short run.

People play roulette for the same reason that they play any other negative ev game, for entertainment. It's not because they know some secret. It feels great when they win because getting paid 35-1 is like hitting a mini-jackpot and they like that feeling.

No matter what bet you make, even if you win at roulette, you lose in the long term. You are not getting true odds on any bet, so the house is always taking a cut.

I suppose it is possible to beat an online roulette site by figuring out how their random number generator is working and making calculated bets based on the possible numbers for each spin, but that is very unlikely.
