Default What would you have done with this hand?

I was playing at Greektown Casino in Detroit the other night, just sat down about 15 minutes prior so I have little info on any of the players at the table. Game is 1/2 NL $100 max buy in

I get AA on the button and raise 5xBB after 6 initial callers. 4 fold and 2 call
the flop comes Ac,10c,3s
1st guy checks, next guy bets $20
I go all in for about $130 afraid of a flush or straight draw. Both fold and I win the pot.

Seconded. Also, the flop push is horrible. I'd have raised to $50, and if he reraised, THEN push. Unless you like getting no action on your top set?

Techincally, this should be in the B&M Cardrooms or the SS NL forum, but...

I first thought that a smaller raise, around $40 or so, accomplishes the same thing (folding hands, if you're that worried) and gives them the wrong odds to draw.
You might suck in someone to call and you probably want that. You have outs if they catch and you don't get that many powerhouse hands. Make money while you can.

Going back and reading again, however- you have $130 left. The pot is now $84 (minus any rake) including the $20 bet. That seems like a pretty small bet, offering you 4:1 (and getting the villan bettor at least 4:1 or better if everyone just calls). This smells like a flush draw to me, but without knowing the players...
How big was the opener's stack? If you call, you have $110 left and $104 in the pot.

I'm curious, Annorex, why raising $50 more- with an implied $60 of hero's stack to count on if villan hits the flush- makes sense? It's an easy call with a flush draw for $50, with implied odds of 4.28:1 and villan can possibly get away from his hand if the turn misses you and the hero pushes his last $60 in.
If villan can't get away from the flush draw, calling $50 makes the pot close to correct to call the $60 for the river card (if you ignore the true implied odds on the $50 call on the flop).

Does a $65-70 raise by hero make sense at all? $70 to get $174 for the villan... only the 4c hurts him on the turn, but he's over 4:1 against to get there (not that he knows it). If the other flush cards come, then hero has 7 outs and the $40 all-in call is an easy one.

I'm not sure if reserving $40 makes sense at all, but $50 raise didn't seem like enough.

Yeah, I guess I just lost my head thinking I was going to lose a huge set to a flush after this guy bet into me like he did. I had just lost a couple big hands earlier in the day with KK and QQ and had some bad flashbacks... guess I need more dicipline to forget about stuff like that and just play like you are supposed to.
