Are the 15/30 easier at pp than other sites?

Hello! I am currently a regular 15/30 player at Partypoker. As you might know this is the highest stakes you can play at pp (except 3 30-60 tables with a ridiculous long waiting list). My question is "Are 15-30 games at other sites tougher than at Partypoker, and how tough are the bigger games at other sites?"

and its not even close

I suggest all pro's look for "better spots"

Is this also what other people think? When I started playing partypoker (at lower stakes) i thought pp was the fishiest site. A few years ago i played paradisepoker and pokerstars and got the impression that these sites were much harder. (never played 15-30 or above at these sites though).
