Mistake at Poker Stars final table deal?

In the usual Sunday Poker Stars tourney ($215) if there is any deal at the final table, they have to leave $10,000 on the table for who ever wins the event. In tonight's event they left $10,000, but I was under the impression on the final Sunday of each Month when the tourney is a $530 buy in, like it was tonight, they have to leave $25,000.
