Aussie Millions age limit?

I'm going to be in Australia studying when this will be taking place. Does anyone know how old you have to be to play in it and what sites would give me a decent shot at a satellite? The offiical site has been down for a few days so I'm kinda in the dark.

You have to be over 18. I know that Party and Titan have satellites. Crown Casino (its in Melbourne and is hosting the Aussie Millions) has frequent satellites starting at $60.
