Default Stress and anxiety

Over the last 6 months I have played a lot of online poker. During the same time I have developed anxiety and fear of having some dangerous disease. I have also spent a lot of time in solitude. I think this has given me too much time to think about things. To quote Green Day - Basket Case:

"Am I just paranoid, I'm just stoned"

Anyone else feels like this from time to time? And what have you done to get out of it? I think I need a life.

If you've eaten beef in the past 10 years you are almost certainly infected with mad cow prions and can look forward to developing alzheimers. Google away you will see that I am right, so don't worry, you were right, but in a few years or decades you won't remember anyway so don't worry now.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they are not out to get you.

Go see a doctor, talk with him/her about it.
