Funny no one has mentioned the importance of playing cards that have been showing up on the board lately. "I had to play the 6-3o because the board flopped 6-6-? like four times tonight."

Good point. I love telling people "5s are runnin' tonight". Also works well for flushes "Diamonds are runnin' tonight".

I had a little too much to drink at the boats one night. I was playin' video poker while I'm waiting for an opening at a table. And I hit trip 7s like three times in an hour. So I go over to the roullette and put $20 on 7. It hit on the second try...LOL. It only works if you're drunk though. Is there a chapter on the right types and qunetities of alcohol to drink because "I always play better when I drink."?

We've discovered that 83o can beat a wide variety of hands. AK is in fact easier to beat that some, because it can only make one straight. T5o is harder, because it can make all the straights and 2 flushes.

I can hear VVP now, "He's picked up a monster, T5o. He's definitely gonna play this pot. Will he slow play it? He's all-in!"
