Haha, I love this one! But since all of "them" already know this maybe that's why it's been left out.

Hi dids:

Don't forget the "Why Eight-Three always beats the Ace-King Suited" chapter.

Best wishes,
Mason

I am submitting this for the "Examples" section of the "How to maximise your slowplay chapter"

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, Hero calls, CO folds, Button calls, SB (Slow_Play_Master) completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
Slow_Play_Master checks, BB checks, Hero checks, Button checks.

Turn: (2 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
Slow_Play_Master checks, BB checks, Hero checks, Button checks.

River: (2 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
Slow_Play_Master checks, BB checks, Hero checks, Button checks.

Final Pot: 2 BB

Results in white below:
Slow_Play_Master has Ad Qh (three of a kind, aces).
BB has 7d Js (one pair, aces).
Hero has Qd Td (one pair, aces).
Button has 6h 7h (one pair, aces).
Outcome: Slow_Play_Master wins 2 BB.

Needless to say, the slowplay master woke up about the hands later, betting into my furiosly with T8o.

Help us all out. Convince PP and PS to use this in conjunction with a book offer.

Funny no one has mentioned the importance of playing cards that have been showing up on the board lately. "I had to play the 6-3o because the board flopped 6-6-? like four times tonight."

[/ QUOTE ]

Good point. I love telling people "5s are runnin' tonight". Also works well for flushes "Diamonds are runnin' tonight".
