Default This legit: pay-pro \"Preferred Player\"?

I received an email from "ts@pay-pro.com" asking for copy of my credit card and DL. Seems legit as it's from the same domain that I've received cashouts before. Just want to be sure. Anybody else get something like this?

Dear ******,

We would like to invite you to become a "Preferred Player", in order to increase your credit limit.

Get $10 free (no strings attached) and become a Preferred Player in just 4 easy steps!

1. Go to: http://www.pay-pro.com/preferred_member.html
2. Print out the Preferred Members Application Form
3. Fill it in and sign it.
4. Send this form as a scanned file to efax@pay-pro.com. In addition, send a front and back copy of the credit card or a void check (whichever is used) and a government issued ID (Driver's License, Passport).

Alternatively, you may fax the documents requested at fax number +1 (888) 542-7009. If you are selecting the fax option, please make sure that the faxed copy is light and all required information is legible.

I would never do it, all that personal information will be transmitted over email. They really need a secure setup for this, but sending it through a fax to email company or emailing it directly doesnt seem like the brightest way to get the users data.
