Default Potlimit HE tourney: Obviously losing play or fair shot?

Playing in a $10 buy-in Potlimit Hold'em touney. The play is very LAG, and during the first 45 minutes I haven't really caught any playable hands, so I'm blinded down to t1,330 while the average stack is around t1,800; the blinds have just gone up to t50/t100.

PokerStars (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of t50.
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO (Loose Limper) calls t100, Button folds, Hero (poster) completes, BB (New Player) checks.

Flop: (t300) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, New Player calls, Loose Limper calls.

Turn: (t1,200) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, New Player checks, Loose Limper checks.

River: (t1,200) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets 930 (All-In), New Player folds, Loose Limper calls.

Final Pot:
Main Pot: t3,060Pot won by Loose Limper (t3,060).

Results in white below:
Hero has Js Ts (one pair, tens).
Loose Limper has As Ah (one pair, aces).
Outcome: Loose Limper wins t3,060.

The CO has been at my table from the get-go and has been playing incredibly loose; having my pot size bet called two places on the flop is clearly reason for concern, but when they both check the turn I put them on flush draws or second-pair type holdings, and decide to move in when the flush doesn't come - hoping to discourage river bluff bets I'd be hard pressed to call. Instead I figure my move would have a shot at folding a tie of a slightly better hands.

I'd love a reality check: did my play make any kind of sense or just it was another melt-down? When it comes to multi-table tourneys I've kinda felt somewhat lost lately ... thank you!

Best,

McMelchior (Johan)
