I bought my first one in March for $525.

I bought this one for $487 delivered, but I had to pay sales tax on it. Most people here paid $464 during last week's sale / coupons.

Ok, thanks. I'm pissed about missing the $400 deal about a month ago. I might have to get it next time it's $450

And the UPS guy looks in the mirror and sees he's being followed by a line of cars driven by college boys with a gleam in their eyes.

I didn't think it was going to go through...good old Ashmir in Dell "customer care" (fricken joke that is) came through. I had almost given up to wait till the next sale, logging a list of lessons learned.

Now the week and a half worth of shipping...

It's an awesome monitor, glad I bought one. One of my roomies from college is from WestChester, nice area.

Good luck,
Matt

OMG I just set mine up, and I have dual monitors running. My new 2001FP and the 19" CRT I've been using for the past 6 months. I can't believe the difference, and how stupid i was for using that monitor for so long.

#2 is going to be ordered by the end of the week!

For those who have switched from a CRT to the 2001FP, do you find it a lot easier on your eyes? I ordered one because my eyes were getting really sore multitabling on the CRT with a refresh rate of 85hz. Also, is the image quality about the same as a CRT, or is it better when using a DVI cable? How do movies and games look on it? Can you notice much ghosting? Needless to say, I can't wait until it arrives
