if this hand is against mahatma, everyone is instacalling here. insta. ive never played w/ him, but ive seen plenty via 2+2 to say folding here is ridiculous...
against most you have a tough decision, but still looks like a call.

they play good

bb is relatively tight will take a stab every now and again with mid range hands, i have only played 50 or so hands with him, i respect his bets, seems he is beggin for the call, but is he?

I think villan could very well do this with 77~TT, or any 2 for that matter. after reading that evanski thread and what the 50/100 players are capable of, I think it's a call.

I really don't like this reasoning.... do we assume that most 50/100 players are capable of an overbet bluff here and/or think they will get called by a worse boat than JJ without reason to do so? Sounds like a really dangerous assumption.

Big pairs are fairly likely holdings for Hero, from villians perspective.

This line looks a lot like quads.... as I'm sure you know.

I would never make this call without a good read on the opponent.

I think you can find a fold here. I think villain has put you on a high pocket pair here but he's still pushing the river b/c he knows he has you beat. If he has a Q, the river was the perfect card to get a call out of you. Without a great read, I would fold.
