Default Another animated GIF question...

Using GIMP, Im having problems setting the delay between frames.

Here is my process:

1. Open an image.
2. Open the rest of the frames as layers.
3. Optimize for Animated gif.
4. Save as gif.

Then, when you open it, and goto the layers dialogue, you see like "(100ms)combine"

I want to set that to 30ms, but when I do, then save the gif, it still runs as if it is 100ms.

I have also tried changing the "if frame is unmarked, use this delay" setting, to no avail.

So, has anyone had this problem? Or, know of a way to fix it? I mean, if you know of a program that lets me do this, that isnt a huge issue, its not like it has to be GIMP.

Thanks

I direct everyone with animated GIF issues to Zoner GIF Animator. The download is an unrestricted 30 day trial, and it's very easy to use.
