Default Poker on Cruise Ships

I'm 5 months away from my Cardplayer Cruise, and I was snooping around the Carnival site. I happen to come across this and thought I'd pass the link along.

Finally, the cruise lines have caught on!

Interesting out of the four ships Carnival ship that two of them are rather old and small compared to the rest of the ships.

I wish the Miracle had a Poker Lounge as I will be going on it in August.

Hopefully, this is just the beginning. I definitely would be interested in cruising more if they added poker rooms on all their ships.

I might make a phone call to Carnival in a few days just to get more info. If I do, I'll post the results here.

I cruised on the Grand Princess in February and they had a poker room. They had 1/2, 2/4, 3/6, 4/8 and tournaments.

I was just wondering the same thing. Judging by the price of alcohol and the awful rules at every game in the casino I would assume it would be something like %10 with a max of anywhere from $6-$8.

Wasn't too bad. 10% max $4.
