I don\'t care about flushes
Party, NL200 - 6max. No HH, sorry. No reads, sorry.
Hero and BB both have appr. $200. Hero in SB with Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 folds, Hero raises to $6, BB calls Flop (pot $11.40): K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero bets $10, BB calls Turn (pot $30.40): 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero bets $20, BB raises to $75. Hero bets the lot Thoughts? |

Re: I don\'t care about flushes
its very possible that he had top pair with flush draw, which in my opinion is ok to chase the flush also because he does have a back up with the top pair. I would of done the same thing as him also if I were in his shoes.
what was the outcome of the hand? |

[/ QUOTE ] Hmm, if I have A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], I'm probably not calling the flop - I'm raising. With A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], I'd probably play it the way villain did. Then again, I can't make any big argument about two hearts with the K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]x[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] playing it that way. This is where reads come in handy - even just an aggression number. |
