Default 3/6 Set on flush board. Value bet or push turn?

Someone suggested to me to bet around $225 on turn. I figure I might as well put him all-in because a bet that size pretty much commits both of us anyways. I don't really mind taking the pot down here... thoughts? Keep in mind I'm putting him in for about $480 if my math is right. Flop thoughts appreciated as well.

The flop call and turn check scream flush to me. I check and try to fill up.
