Default 3-way all-in question

I was playing at an internet .25-.50 or .50-1 table and encountered the following situation. A borderline maniac went all-in for an amount equal to about 1/4 of my stack and a tight player to his left went all-in for a similar amount. I had AKs and called. The maniac had 99 and the tight player had AA and I lost the hand. At the time calling was a difficult decision and I thought there was a strong possiblity the tight player would call with a substandard hand because of the maniac's loose standards. in retrospect I'm pretty sure calling was a mistake but I would appreciate some feedback and thoughts on the hand.

Default Re: 3-way all-in question

Tight player calling an all-in would make me fold everything but KK and AA. Remember AK is only a drawing hand...
