Default set to fullhouse or better percentages

Folks, I am new here, so bear with me. I have seen percentages ranging form 28 all the way to 37%. I believe the increase above 28% is in case the hand improves to 4X. Is the added increase due to the possibility of runner runner? I have not been able to find the percentage for runner runner. I think it is approx 6.5%. ? could not find where to post this question, so I threw it in general. thanks. please be detailed as possible.

Calculate it for yourself, you should learn it eventually anyhow.
If you flop a set, you have six outs to a full house and one out to quads. On the turn, if you miss, you have three more outs to a full house.
