Re: nobody\'s business but the turks
Call preflop is fine.
I hate the flop, so many things are beating you especaiily with two others in the hand and a raise from UTG+1. I think your check was correct, personally I'm letting this go unless something dramatic makes me think otherwise. On the turn I still hate my hand. I'd check again. I honestly don't think this is a good situation to make a play. Raising isn't a bad play but personally I'd wait for another spot. I'f I had bet I'd call the reraise hoping to make a play on an non heart flop. When the river comes its game over, check/fold is the correct play. |

Re: nobody\'s business but the turks
I think the A9s hand was more interesting.
I can't think of too many hands besides a flopped nut flush that play it this way that beat you. I doubt JJh or QQh or AAh play the flop or turn in this manner, or AxKh or the other big unpaired one heart hands. So I'm all for picking off a bluff here. EDIT - hand 3186 also looked interesting. |

Re: nobody\'s business but the turks
I think it's easy to find a fold here without any read or history of the player.

River [Re: nobody\'s business but the turks]
I don't think you can fold this river. If the range of hands you fold to a 1/3-pot bet here includes the ten of hearts, it seems that he has a very profitable play against many hands you could be holding. It sure looks like a big heart, but it doesn't have to be one, and I don't think you're giving him too much on the value-betting side of the coin by calling here. (Certainly his range of hands includes lots of non-spade-containing kings, pairs, and total bluffs. The turn raise makes some of these less probable, but letting him bluff you off a big set of hands that beat these cheaply seems extremely exploitable.)

Easy fold in my opinion. Could be AhAx Ahkx , or maybe even QhQx .JhJx unlikely

you're getting almost 4-1 on a call here. Close your eyes and toss your chips in!
